Piaggio and Vespa Email Subscriber Sale

Piaggio and Vespa Email Subscriber Sale (“Offer”) is non-transferable, holds no cash value and may not be combined with any other special offer, rebate or discount. Offer valid December 1-15, 2012 only. Offer period is not extendable.

Limit one offer per purchaser, per email address, of eligible vehicles and consists in $200 or $400 discounts applicable to certain eligible vehicles outlined herein and under the terms and conditions outlined herein.

The $200 discount is valid only on new, unused, and unregistered model year 2012 or earlier Piaggio Typhoon 125 and Fly 150, and Vespa LX 150 and S 150. $400 offer valid only on new, unused, and unregistered model year 2012 or earlier Vespa GTS 250, GTS 250 Super, GTS 300 and GTS 300 Super. Discount will be taken off MSRP at time of sale and is valid only on the MSRP of eligible vehicles at authorized Piaggio USA or Vespa USA dealerships.
Purchases outside of the offer period are not valid and do not qualify for this Offer.

In order to qualify for the offer, Purchaser’s name and data must be included in the Piaggio and Vespa USA database as of November 30, 2012, and Purchaser must provide Offer coupon and corresponding valid email at time of sale to dealer.

Any additional costs associated with the purchase of the vehicle to which the Offer applies, including but not limited to tax, shipping, PDI, registration, license, title, insurance or other dealer charges and optional or regionally required equipment are excluded and are the responsibility of recipient of Offer. Customer must complete all documentation required by Piaggio or Vespa dealer to be eligible for the Offer.

All other expenses and items not expressly mentioned in this Offer are not included in the Offer, and are the Offer recipient’s sole responsibility. Offer and its components may not be exchanged or redeemed except as expressly provided in these rules.
No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent of Offer permitted. Void where prohibited. Dealer is responsible for fulfilling all local legal requirements related to this offer.

Piaggio Group Americas, Inc. and its authorized dealers have made no warranty or guarantee in whole or in part, express or implied, in fact or in law, in relation to the use of the Offer including, but not limited to, its quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or suitability for use and, further, accepts no responsibility for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority in connection with the Offer.
